Public Skin Request

As we have many talented UI Skinners in this community I would like to ask if anyone of you would be willing to take on a task of making a Skin that has not been requested and would probably be used by only a few people (due to tastes). The skin I would like to see be made would one of two.

Either a Nights in to Dreams skin

Or a Chao Skin

I would do this myself but my PS skills suck badly and even if I would be able to do it there are far more talented people who could do either of these skins more justice than I ever could.

If anyone is willing to take this request on please pm me and let me know which skin you would like to take on.

i play with this skin but i want a competition from 2 expert guys
