Not 100% sure if this is a bug or not would just like some confirmation.

  • Description: Using the NPC Change apperance does not apply weapon skins.

  • Class: Only found this on FB so far will test the rest.
  • Action taken: Used NPC to change my mith kat to a Blade (Any grade) then tried to apply my Water skin GS/Blade the skin does not apply itself to my 'blade'
  • Result: Skin not applying itself
  • Expected Result: Skin to work
