I dont have idea if this is a good place for have help.
I hope that..

My problem is simple: I have transfer my account from GameForge server It, to GameMaster server IT.
I have transfer my account on january 22 2012, but i had got a problem with the hashcode and the transfer was uncompleted. I have submitted a Ticket 6 months ago, and this problem isnt resolved..

Can you help me please?? The Italian's GM is completely inefficient..

I'm completely clueless about the hashcode transfer problems... the ones that know the most should be the IT/FR/DE/ES GM's in charge.
