Fail to download server information, restart launcher please.

Client showin me this all the time. I have no idea what should i do. Reainstallin etc wont help.

Yeah me also don't want to create a new topic so I'll ask straight here. I started to get same problem 5days ago maybe. I use AVG antivirus and cabal online folder is on exception list,but for me this problem is different. Sometimes I restart pc and it works again,but after another restart or just after few hours it happens again,it is also annoying,maybe someone knows how to fix it?(also I re-installed my windows 7 before 1week~ and actually this problem occured after reinstalling my windows about 2days after I guess)

Honestly, I'm clueless about this issue anymore... I've tried the most popular antivirus programs last month to investigate this problem, but only Avast has this problem straight after installation and I didn't notice any problems with the launcher for all the other brands -__-.

I have the same problem, i have eset, i desactivated the antivirus and still "failed to download server information, please restart launcher"

Change you Google DNS setting. It might work.

Hello i have the same problem here, I red that only Avast has this problem with Cabal online, I'm using avast, so how to solve it? thank you...

Open Avast, click on Real Time Shield --> Web Shield ---> Expert Settings --> Exclusion list --> add update.exe --> click OK to save settings.

If I remember correctly, I don't have it installed anymore and too lazy to look it up .
