Well, if you have already submitted a ticket about it to Payment Support at the support site, then there are ain't much you can do about it, aside from having patience and wait...

hey i bought cabal cash 1 week ago but i put it to EU account not DE account and paybycash told me you can switch it. i wrote 2 supports but no answer >.< please answer now
As I said before, if you've already submitted a ticket to Payment Support, then you've got no choice, aside from waiting for a GM of that department to help you further.
Whining about it on the forum would get you nowhere.
