There are too many requests

I got different problem.I can't log in to my web account. I've changed password few times, but now when I try to log on in to it it says
THERE HAVE BEEN TO MANY REQUESTS SO I can't change my in game password what do I have to do? wait for a while and then try again or someone have to reset it.

This is because you've already logged on another account with this IP.
You'll have to use another IP or wait a few hours before being able to use it on another account.
