MAJOR Connection lag on mercury, MASS DC

Well, right now everyone gets to deal with the massive DC's and lag.

WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?! MOVE THE SERVER TO EU, WETHER ITS ROMANIA OR UK ITS BETTER FOR US ALL.

And again I WASTED MY ALZ ON THIS TO LOSE IT AGAIN FFS.




I wasted my money on this, +1 kk to enter the freaking war map.

AND STOP BLAMING OUR COMPUTERS GMS, blame it on your servers this time.

Everyone knows it now, about 200 people dced on war today and i'm one of those 200 who are getting SICK of this!

u can sell those to any NPC for 100k or use them up in the next war

I know, but if you use them in the nation war, you get payed back +20k on it. I'd rather have that than just dcing without getting anything back.

As they mentioned before, Romania servers are cheap, but they have a bad connection to the rest of the world.

caps won this war cus we end up around when you press M you see that bar up

well that bar had 10% procyons and 90% cappellas, no wonder we lost that war
i dint experienced that much lag at all but might be sumthing with my own connection, or gms finnaly made theyr decision of dcing everyone in waitin list and as a side effect also ppl in war

The start was 65v65 on mars and then more caps joined, like 75v72..After 2min the whole TG started to lagg and 50v50 was..and everybody dced...

did you try the trace command? in cmd well because the servers are in UK but there is a other problem which was mentioned aroud few months ago cos somehow if you trace you see that the date is going to USA and goes back to UK looks like its fixed from the place i live in

It had problems going from paris to washington as I remember.

Now the trace goes all the way back to germany to Frankfurt, then to London, Then to washington DC then it takes ages to connect to the ISP of the server Where Cabal is hosted on.

My opinion, if you host a game for Europe, then you make sure your server is in Europe, no matter what. Hosting it in USA just asks for problems :/

I only saw procyons dcing. I went back i entered, and we lost anyway i got 3M and core, so not bad. Even tough it's weird what happend, reeeaallyy weird.

I was in the war for 20 mins, and I saw Caps dcing, but also filling back due to the massive Cap spam clickers to get inside war :P

Nah! My connection is good, i only lagg in big crowd and in the weekend, everybody got DC from my pt except me.
I never get DC on TG, only lagging :S

Well the reason why ppl got dc, was mostly because of errors
These errores were due to when ur opponent lags they see u stoped, and they atack u. But u are moving and u die even if he's 100 meters distance, then puff error. That's why was the a mass dc guys :P

As Kru mentioned right after the update where it says "Cabal returns to its roots"
Everyone thought Cabal was going to be hosted in UK again, but no they can't afford it. Cause their income is lower than the prices of the servers in uk. Let me find the post of Kru, ill quote it here.

Basically it's cheaper to host the servers in USA rather than UK... so they've set servers into the USA regions =/
