    Default Changes to Bring Cabal EU in line with Cabal Korea

    Changes to Bring Cabal EU in line with Cabal Korea

    Force Core Values (i.e. Slot Upgrades)
    • Attack and Magic has been reduced
    • Critical Damage has been Increased
    • Sword Amp and Magic Amp has been increased


    Rare (added) Item Values
    • Mithiril Armours will see a slight reduction in stats for the added item values for HP, Attack, Magic, defence, Attack Rate and defence rate .
    • All armours EXCEPT Mithril will see an increase in critical damage and critical damage rate


    Changes to Specific Items
    • Ring of Champion will see a reduction in attack and magic attack, but an increase in crit at higher level
    • Critical Rings and Rings of Luck will deliver higher crit damagage and crit rate respectively
    • Life Mana and Force Regeneration Amulets will be less effective.
    • Epaulettes +7 of all types will now have a level limit of 96


    Drop Rates
    • The Drop rate for critical rings and rings of luck will be reduced
    • The drop rate for dungeon entry cards will decrease a little, but not noticible in game
    • RW-3 Astral Bike drop from box will increase little


    Map Changes
    Balancing high level maps –Lakeside and Pontus Ferrum will be easier than before by change in monster.
    • Numbers of long range monsters will decrease in Lakeside and Pontus Ferrum.
    • Lakeside: number of monster types which have long attack range will decrease
    • Pontus Ferrum: attack range of some monsters will decrease
    • EXP gained by killing monsters in Pontus Ferrum will increase by 30% approximately

    • Correct the error of continous recover of SP if character danced after summoned astral weapon and used avatar item - ex) snow ice orb
    • Correct the area that character cannot move in Pontus Ferrum and graphic error of character showing overlapped with game contents
    • Correct the error of window close if user press control key on right side of key board
    • Correct the error of wrong text for range of Hailstorm and Extreme Dual Cannon (Wizard skill)
    • Correct the error of showing abnormal success rate if chacter moves Force Core with control key - if character moves Force Core from enchant window to inventory by using control key + mouse click, success rate doesn't decrease

    • Error Code 6 Type "unknown". Triggered by: Using the transmuter to break down items while casting skills in combo mode
    • Jukebox problem on Tierra Gloriosa (War Server); Certain areas on the war map initiates a different music; players are unable to listen to their own music through jukebox, since their music gets interrupted and the music for each specific area gets triggered (for example the area near the legacy guardians have different music). There needs to be away to disable this option so player can listen to their own music without any interruptions if they do not wish to hear the war music. It is corrected. Music will not change when users use fade in/out or warp maps or in battle only if users are lisetening to music in jukebox not BGM mode.
    • Unable To Retake Towers: When one nation controls a tower and the Guardian is killed by the opposing nation; there is a short time in which the old owner cant retake the tower. It is normal. If procyon occupied the legacy core of Capella, capella cannot click the legacy core for 30 seconds to occupy it. Capella can click it only after 30 seconds.
    • Overlapping Number of participant: pressing the “M” shortcut will open the map and at the top it will show the number of players for both nations (Procyon and Capella) but unfortunately the text overlaps and makes it unreadable. A suggestion, instead of using “Cepella Participants” a smaller word like “Capella” or “Procyon” will fix the problem. So basically remove the word Participant. It is normal.
    • Round system: The number of wins for each nations dose not add up to their previous wins and always it is reported as 1:0 or 0:1 ; Depending on which nations wins the battle at the end of the war. It is normal.

    • Skill rank change:
    • All trained skills will be initialized to 1 (All earned points will be returned) due to skill rank change.
    • Addition of new skills:
    • New attack skill and new buff/debuff skills will be added for each class.
    • Addition of new promotion quests
    • Level 40 (Class Rank 5): Buff Time 50% UP. Battle Mode 1 + Aura Mode Possible
    • Level 50 (Class Rank 6): Board Chain Attack Skill Level 1
    • Level 60 (Class Rank 7): Battle Mode 2 + Aura Mode Possible. Board Chain Attack Skill Level 2
    • Level 70 (Class Rank 8): HP Boost. Max HP UP (Values may vary depending on the Battle Style). Board Chain Attack Skill Level 3
    • Level 80 (Class Rank 9): Buff Time 100% UP. Board Chain Attack Skill Level 4
    • Level 90 (Class Rank 10): Combo accessible in Aura Mode. Bike Chain Attack Skill Level 1
    • Level 100 (Class Rank 11): Bike Chain Attack Skill Level 2


    New Ranks will Bring additional Skill and Upgrade Skill Slots

    The number of Sword Skill Slots / Magic Skill Slots increased. Sword Skill: 7 Slots increase based on “Transcender” Rank. Magic Skill: 5 Slots increase based on “Transcender” Rank

    Primary Rank points increased compared to the previous settings, but Secondary Rank decreased
    • Warrior / Blader: Sword 600 -> 1155 Magic 900 -> 605
    • Wizard / Force Archer: Sword 600 -> 605 Magic 900 -> 1155
    • Force Shielder / Force Blader: Sword 600 -> 880 Magic 900 -> 880
    • Buff / DeBuff FX removed on the following: Concentration / Iron skin / Weaken / Energy Field / Eagle Eye / Greater Heal / Vital Bless / Mirage Step / Force Increase / Repulsive Armor / Blind / Lower Defense
    • Enervation Effect
    • Effect will be minimized starting from the targets 10 levels higher than the caster, no effect for targets 30 levels higher and up
    • Field of Enervation can be used during PK and PvP
    • Change to Force Blader's -Battle Mode 1 (Force Enchanter) - When this battle mode is activated it'll automaticly cast your cannon skills as buffs. And when its time runs out it'll automaticly buff your original buffs.
    • Battle Mode2 Exclusive Skills balanced out
    • Bike / Board Chain Attack Skill
    • Bike and Board will be removed automatically at the skill completion
    • Combo attack by using 1 Chain Attack Skill repeatedly after Combo Gauge Activation(Other Skills and overlapping Combo attacks are not allowed)
    • Skill Classifications according to each Skill Level
    • Skill Level 1: Attack 1 time when used
    • Skill Level 2: attack is used 1 time, 1 additional attack is possible after the Combo Gauge Activation(2 times total)
    • Skill Level 3: 1 additional attack is possible from the Level 2 status(3 times total)
    • Skill Level 4: 1 additional attack is possible from the Level 3 status(4 times total)
    • Bonus of 4 additional attacks is applied on the success of 4 consecutive attacks (Total of 3 bonuses can be given, up to 12 attacks total)
