Big Problem!!!

Hello!
I need some help.When i press the launcher my pc go to black screen then and it change the normal resolution with this ''thing'' http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/8754/image002u.jpgi can login and game resolution go's to 800/600 full screen,can't change it to window mode because i can't change the settings, they dont apply.If i ALT-TAB the game desktop resolution is what i usualy use.Have to mention that drivers are up to date,dont have any problems with other games (D3,,,C9).So basicaly my ask is:why when i press launcher i got that black screen and it change my normal(used) resolution,why the game go full screen when should be window mode and i can't change it back to window mode?
Sorry for my bad english,if someone need more info i can update this.

Tried a clean reinstall yet?

Feels like either a messed up client or some kind of video card driver related issue if it shows such colours.

Well at morning everything work fine after 5-7 hours(when was sleeping) this happens.I reinstalled cabal 2 times,same thing,nothing fixed...Dont think is graphic card other games works fine and those game have higher requirements than cabal.Everything is up to date.Why cabal dont accept my settings? Cant make the game to run in window mode,so i dont think is my fault in this situation,i play cabal atm, and everything run properly,prob is this:black screen when press launcher,change the resolution and cabal dont save my settings.If i logout i have to change every setting again,change res,combo place,keybindings,macro's,sound etc.

Did you follow the guide I linked to clean reinstall Cabal?

Yes, i just reinstall cabal 5th time and now works fine,how long i dont know!
