I just want to give an outline of how to use this forum section.

This forum is mainly aimed at discussing issues that are directly connected with the Mercury server, though you basically can post about many different things in here. However, if you play on Mercury that does not mean that it is the best section to post your thread in, because for many issues it is more effecient for you to use other specially created sections. Before posting, consider one more time if it is maybe better to post in one of the following sections:

For technical issues use the Technical support section.
All account-related issues should be directed to Support system.
There is also a special section to do bug reporting. To report a bot please use support.cabalonline.com - the Bot Report department.
For newcomers to ask basic questions about the game exists The Community Involvement section, Tips and Tricks section might also be useful.

Also check News and announcements section to be updated about what is currently going on in game.

Before posting any issue it is desirable that you use Search function.
