I miss it too, i dont think that all those buff animations could make huge lag... or cant see char face throught buff animations ;d

Geez ppl how u imagine 2 auras or 2 blade forces or 2 whatever would look? I think some time ago GMs or some1 said it might make big problems.. and u dont want more problems do u?

i think that aura overlap would be nice

expecially if they both combine to change color XD

I agree it would be nice to see more buffs again, I miss it too.
But think about 1 big episode 2 change we have. How many buffs (self, FA/Wiz, WA/FS party buffs) can a lvl 140 char stack up these days? I think it would look really messy if a blader has his own shielding buff, a wiz def buff, and all the flying FA balls around him too.

Don't get me wrong, I certainly want some back just as much. I just think it might be harder to realize and have it still look cool.

And to be honest I want it back for another reason. I'm a FA and I buff & support parties. The animations made it really easy to see it fast when buffs were wearing off on party members.

I just see no way how this can be done in episode 2 without messing things up bad.

If all animations would come back, I would have too much buffs:
- orange and blue aura buff
- orange/blue weapon buff
- concentration
- regeneration
- purple boots
- orange buff from wizard
- some buffs from archer

It wouldn't look nice if you are a glowing ball.

well wouldn't mind me looking like a christmas ball :P

best way is to put a options menu where u can select which buffs to be visiable which not... then u can make cabal look like u think its best
