i need some help with a quest lvl 91

i'm supposed to go to lake of dusk and find a tombstone dat is protected by Zigdris Faellos.
Anyone know the location of this stone and how to get to it fast ^.^

and pls don't tell me i need to kill those 4 ruine stones to get to it >.<
