stop dreaming, this is eu version we never will get these types/ rewards of items ever. this slotted bikes and 2565465 slotted items with 654654 amp are only event items, nothing more blah^^.
only possible special- slotted drops are: braces, earrings up to +4 yet(up to +3 at our version) or only up to +3, im not sure. slotted bikes? never.... slotted eox+6, 7, 8... nothing to say more...

I want a skill which kills every enemy with one hit and duration 0.1sec cool down 0.1 sec, only bosses to be able to survive 2-3-4 hits max ...
If i have that skill you make your dream set,i`ll still leftclick you and bam you dead :P
Only two things are infinite,the universe and the human stupidity ... but i`m not sure about the first.
I'm not gonna count panic cry coz it's a debuff that doesn't get affected with rank up bonus, long cooldown so it's not constant like our 20min+ buffs
Even though it's one of my most favourite ep2 skills but your only gonna use that once every few mins for 30sec
They could easily upgrade downbreaker to include +10% rate...and i might sound greedy but throw in a +30% crit dmg
That would be just... undescribable, I don't think that's too unbalanced or anything since we don't have any stuns or any long duration crit bonus skills, we only have our atk and we can only make that better to improve ourselves, even our bm2 may seem powerful but doesn't actually compare that highly bm2 of other classes.
So a skill like that will go a long way in the future with stronger dungeons, well lets see, maybe ep3

look
the problem on rate or dmg based sets is that its a lucker gear.
amp is static.
u can loose with 200% dmg and 50% rate vs. a 15% rate and 100% dmg player if u are unlucky.
i think the best u can have is
GS crafted 16% rate
one slot amp - two others DMG
helm crafted 16% dmg
one slot amp - two others Dmg
rol+2 / rof+10
if WA gets a rate skill like bladers then all the rate crafts for waste

i mean the calc of a crit.
i think the calc is
XXX attack * X,XX AMP = result A (total attack static)
result A / 100 = result B
result B * % DMG = crit dmg total
