    Default Invalid password in the Support Suite

    I would like to know whether I am the only person that cannot log into the Support Suite? Always says id input a wrong password. Well thats fine, I had asked to send a password to an email and it wouldnt even arrive to it. So i thought i would create another account with a different email and new password, and guess what? Invalid password/password retrieval failure again.

    yeah, i think it's the same for everyone, you don't need to register to make a support ticket, just submit a ticket and copy and paste the ticket ID to the forums, it's the best bet that someone will get in touch with you

    Your account isnt activated. You will get a email to confirm your mail adress and to active your account.

    That's great, although the email of that nature had not been sent to an email provided at the registration as I have not received it. And I do check my emails every day a few times. I might give it a guess that the Support Suite might be malfunctioning.

    I wonder whether a gamemaster has to say anything regarding this.

    I feel like being ignored. Can any of the gamemasters say at least one word why I am not being sent an email of account confirmation while creating an account in the Suppor Suite? It has been some time ive been waiting.

    I have same problem, I've registered 3 times in support service with 3 different e-mails and I didnt receive account confirmation mail and no one can explain me why -.- i need send ticket to gm becouse i forgot password to webbsite I was trying to change password but this option is broken but gm dont care about it, i can't buy prem , can't change game password and no one's goona help me like always...

    Hey GMs, I might be bumping this topic until a time you can confirm that the Support Suite is able of registering new accounts by sending the emails of confirmation.
