First of all sorry for this post but read it before you close it, im blocked at almost 2 months and i cant enter, i never cheated in my life, my friends that were blocked and got unblocked after some update, i thought i would be too but im not, sorry for this post but i tryed to talk with a GM in all possible ways and this is the only way that i can talk please at least if some GM is gonna close this post have the kindness to answer me why im still block my account is Croatoan my chars are Croatoan and 0BLITERATOR or inform some GM that can help me, sorry for bothering.
and btw the antivirus that i had was kaspersky and i got blocked just after the license finish

its suposse to handle the account stuff, but the thing is that they never answer my tickets i already posted 15 tickets and never got an answer

I wasn't doing it with bad intentions mate, get the aluminium helmet out of your head and stop being paranoid.

Also try not to send 100 tickets, they might ignore you if you spam the support with one ticket each few days.

I know it sucks a lot to be blocked for no reason but well, they handle a sh.itload of tickets a day.

yeah but i got friends that were blocked after me and just sent 1 ticket and got unblocked before me, and its really boring to start all over again in the game thats why im trying to contact the related account GMs, and i was saying that people ussualy "burn" other players cuz when we complained in the forum many players started to call us hackers while we were all innocent
