Okay I made a topic here recently, Cabal has now patched and im ready to start the game, but everytime I click "Start Cabal" the program loads to this window then closes itself:

i have the same problem for like a week now...pls help
If anyone can even suggest a way to help it would be really appreciated.

maby reïnstall it, always works with me, and update via an other way instead of just updating via the launcher.
Yeah I have 1TB HDD, 3.6Ghz Proc and 3GB of DDRII RAM. I also have a NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600 graphics card all thanks to my dads new job. I am using Windows XP with both service packs so its not my computer and I had no errors during installation.

Same problem but I didn't understand a bit about what you tried to explain, i quess I'm too dumb, maybe you can explain again, lil bit not too complicated, I realy can't understand lol.
I got the same thing about closing after serval seconds after game guard is loaded and ESTsoft loading won't also complete, after that should come ID and password, but i got nothing there, coz it will just close up.
Computer:
AMD Athlon 64, 3200+
2,01 GHz
2,00 GB of RAM
Videocard: ATi Radeon x1950xtx
All drivers are just updated on latest.

after u copied the file into the cabal folder, u have to install Update_408 like u installed the cabal installer. the Update_408 file is aded to my uploaded file on rapidshare and megaupload.

After i've copied the file into my cabal folder? (Wich file heh, sorry for the thing that I can't just understand ) I've also uploaded that file, but do i need to install it manually? Says update downloaded. I've also tried twice to reinstall my Cabal Online. The file "Update_408" was downloaded when I started my Cabal online from starting file- Cabal shortcut or whatever it's called and after that it says: update completed. I'll also add pictures with imageshack about how it's happening. NOW DOWNLOADING YOUR FILE TOO!WILL SEE WHAT DOES THAT MAKE BETTER, hopefully will work, uhh.. never played this game, but interest is big, so got to do everything i can to get it working heh..

i got over 770 downloads already, and its a big file, so maby thats why yours stops at 93%, try restart computer, and don't run any other programs.

i couldnt do it but now it loads
dudes its not so hard.... just delete old version and re-install with item called cabal_total.exe (it should be on your desktop. then it should work
I got the file and there's nothing wrong with downloading. now checking how it works.

Cabal things are with exceptions.. means they are not blocked by firewall. hmm.

even did everything " hopefully right " with the files you asked me to download. read the guide you entered there, was a bit confusing, would be better if there were like step 1 to... 1) , 2) and so.. wouldn't be too hard to do it then..
But yea still can't start the game.
