Isnt it easy to add lvl also?

Some cases would explain the very high stats (more lvls = more statpoints).

As for rate, does it include the 5% character base rate?

Tes codes sont basé sur l'atk ou quoi ?
Shatan avec ses 200% crt dmg nous poutre tous la plupart du temps, bref c un peu bizarre je trouve
