Umm, just my short opinion

You are talking bout banning of alzsellers... its more easy to fogure out which are their accounts and simply ban them wih all their alz. So dont fool us with some fake actions agains them if you dont really do them ..

If it's that easy, why don't you send a pm to Ceasar and explain how it is done?

you mean its not easy to find out their chars ?

just buy small amount of alz from them, when they exchange you - > boom, ban !

thats best, easiest and most succesfull and way and you will not ban anyone innocent with that. and if you need those few euro to buy alz from them i can give it

And you really belive that they carry all the alz on ->1<- single account?
I think you need to understand that the alz selling companies aren't just naive people. They know what's going on and they also know, that they need to think smart if they want to avoid their income being damaged

If there is any GM alive, im sure he can see all the transaction which that char who exchange you did before he trade you. where he take gold etc... or ?

if u go to ebay and buy alz, lets say 50million, then they will come to you with ONE char, and give the alz to you.. one char, 50million, the char is maybe lvl 1 or so... and u can be sure, on this account there is no charackter lvl 10+ ...

and if u buy 3kkk alz... it's the same.. ONE char will come to you, and give u the alz...

i dont know where the alz was before, on how much charackters and accoutns, but if u really see in the logs that there is a trade from a low lvl account, u can be sure that there is something illegal...

How do you now if he made a transaction? That's the problem.. They can do it easy by making party, drop items, the "sales" char sells the items on auction house, and voila he has "legal" alz.

this is nice nearly a whole month and yet no black list so i guess this was just to scare people rather than be that effective,yes your catching some botters but where is the black list of these botters and alz buyers or are we waiting for ESTSoft to publish it?

I think everyone can see it is working well. Unfortunately we haven't yet had a chance to fully finish our investigations into the alz sellers, hence the fact there is no public name and shame list as of yet.

It´s not just all those alz sellers ...

The "hacker" in TG are horrible too

But i think i´ll send as from now everytime a ticket ... iam fed up with them.

Is it me, but i cant see much improvement... I sent support tickets about many bots and they're still open... I always bump into rangehacker bots in fort ruina, i change channel, and bump to another one. I dont care if someone bots with noob normal atk warrior, but botters who are lv 75+ and doing limit 2000 skils in Fort ruina are really annoying. Hope the december update does something cuz the cabalrider monkeys always find a way (and how fast and easy they do it...) to bypass every new gameguard. Thats a little ridiculus.

well its great that some action was taken, GOOD JOB with this but...

its short term help...

bot assasins can raport bots and so but at weekends gm.com dont work (well its normal for company not work in saturday or sunday) and bots grow very fast...

its like dealing with lethal disease using painkillers...

Well seems bots staring to return, i checked a small number off chanels in fort ruina, after spoting some bots in undead ground and its clear that they are starting to return, maybe the slow response from the cabal support system is causing this or maybe the "Bot Assassins" are starting to quit this "Job", basically this a non stop task and there's no payback on the time invested in doing a boring job that should be done by the GM's them selfs because its they that receive the money for keeping this game running, so they should do more for the game it self, every one complains but when its time to do something just a small number off persons does any thing, and the GM's like a commander should be a visible face on the battle field, not a shady figure that no one sees or knows.

This is a non ending war, like in the past a battle was won, but there can not be any less efforts applied or in no time the situation is exactly the same, and then its needed again a large battle against the bots.
