<Guild Board User’s Manual>

1. Guild Board
- It’s an exclusive board only for a guild to make the guild community active.

2. Functions of Guild Board
A. The Board can be connected from the homepage or from the game
B. Able to link up each Board of the homepage and the game
C. Users not belonging to any guild can connect to the Board.
D. Able to search guilds
- Able to search by guild name or guild master’s name
- Able to connect to other guild Boards by search

3. How to connect to Guild Board
A. From the homepage
a. Log in to an account that includes your intended character.
b. Move to My Page > My Guild, then click [Guild Board] button to connect.
c. Choose server and character, and then connect.

 Choose server/character
- Only able in the homepage (unable in the game)
- If you choose character and server, the data will be transferred to show Guild Board. In other words, you must choose character and server to connect to Guild Board.
- If there is no character in the account logged in, it’s unable to search.

B. From the game
a. Log in to an account including your intended character.
b. Open guild (G) window, then click [Board] button at the top of the window to connect to the Board.
(Also able to connect by inputting ‘/guild’ into chatting window.

4. To create Guild Board
- Able to create when guild master character connect to the Guild Board for the first time, and move to ‘guild home’ tab.

5. To Delete Guild Board
- If the guild is disbanded, the Board will be automatically deleted.
(Unable to delete the Board in a disposal)

6. Instruction of Guild Board pages
A. [Search Guild]
- Search by guild name or guild master’s name.
- To connect to other guild Boards, it is essential to search the guild first.
- To search, it is essential to type at least 2 alphabetical characters long.
- You can search only guild master character with its exact name.

B. [Guild Home]
- Guild Board’s Main Page
- Guild instruction
- Guild information
- Today’s Guild messages (instant messages in a single line)
- Guild Home shows newest articles (of notice/Board).
5 newest articles will be shown. Top line is for Notice.

C. [Notice]
- Only guild administrator is writable.
- Header for this tab is fixed on [Notice]
- Unable to reply to notice
- Able to post guild’s notice
- The Newest 3 notices are colored in orange.
- Able to search notice by title/writer
- For each article, title is limited to 44 Byte, content is limited to 1000 Byte.

D. [Board]
- Formed as free board
- Headers are [Chat]/ [Question]/ [Tip]
- Able to reply to articles
 Each Reply is limited to 150 Byte.
 Maximum number of replies to one article is 100
 Only a writer of each reply and administrator can delete the reply
- Able to search articles by title/writer
- For each article, title is limited to 44 Byte, content is limited to 1000 Byte.

E. [Visitors]
- Board for greeting, register and guild war application
- Characters belonging to other guild or not belonging to any guild are writable.
- Headers are [Greeting]/ [Register]/ [Guild War app].
- Each article’s content is limited to 200 Byte.
- Only a writer of each article and administrator can delete the article.

F. [Administration]
- Managed by guild administrator (characters belonging to the group which has right to invite or expel guildsmen are also available to manage).
- Editing Guild Information
 Guild information will be automatically registered on Guild Board linking up with guild data of the game.
 NationSelect is up to Administrators. Each Nation’s name and mark will be shown at Guild Home Information.
- Guild Introduction
 Guild administrator can write out.
 Limited to 210 Byte
- Setting Permissions
 Able to set permissions of each board
 Readable : Readable, but not allow to write
 Writable : Readable, and also writable
 Unauthorized : Unavailable to use the appropriate board
- Today’s Guild Message
 Instant messages in a single line that only guild administrator can write out
 This Message is shown on the top of all tabs except [Visitors]
 Limited to 80 Byte
- Able to set permissions in pages

G. [Guild Member Information]
- Enables tab users who joined the guild to check Character Name/ Battle Style/ Level/ Sword Skill Rank/ Magic Skill Rank/ Honour Rank (point) of guild members
- Both guild members & non-guild members can use the tab
- Click to change the category order - Character Name/ Battle Style/ Level/ Sword Skill Rank/ Magic Skill Rank/ Honour Rank (point) (click 1 time - each category order will change to ascending and click 2 times - the order will be descending)
 Ascending order: Battle Style - Warrior > Blader > Wizard > Force Archer > Force Shielder > Force Blader (Character Name – Special Character > Number > English > Korean)
 Descending order: Level, Sword Skill Rank, Magic Skill Rank, Honour Rank (point)
- Online guild member information: mark online guild member in orange (guild master)/ white (guild members).
 Online guild members are counted based on their login status of account. It will be changed to login status of character on future update
- Offline guild member information: mark offline guild member in gray (Both build mater and guild members.)
- Notice: function to open/ close personal information will be applied on future update

7. To see articles that you wrote
A. Buttons
LIST - to see the board list
WRITE - to write a new article
EDIT - to edit content of the article (available for guild administrator and the writer)
DELETE - to delete the article (available for guild administrator and the writer)
- to see the next article
- to see the previous article
B. 5 replies per one page (in case of an excess, they will be automatically seperated in pages.)

8. And others
A. Mouse-over
- It works when you read an article.
- Written date or time
If written date is shown, written time will come out with mouse-over on written date.
- Next/Previous article buttons
- Titles of next or previous article will come out.

B. Guild Emblem
- Later on, when Guild Emblem is added, Nation Mark shown on [Guild Home] tab will be replaced by Guild Emblem.

Korean english. Now, you know how hard it is for us to find our ways through the Estsoft update notes.

Anyway even me as a German understood it. So try your best, too.

You will get a better manual in a correct english once time the new board is running.

They are waiting for a bugfix. After they get it they will release the board too.
(They didn't want to delay the update just because the board has bugs.)
