Personal Shop and how you can find the item desired

Works only if the description given in personal shop title.
(but also good to turn off all descriptions)

just type into chat ingame:

/filter <the description you are looking for>

so i.e:

/filter EOD

will turn off all description, except those which got EOD in the personal shop description

/filter Xdajdas

will turn off likely all descriptions off, because i doubt anyone will write Xdajdas in their description

/filter

just /filter <Blank> will turn all descriptions on again.

This would have been VERY useful back when we didn't have the auction house. Still, very nice.

That feature was implented a long time ago.

i thought i just share it now with you all (again... i think i posted it early this year, but on in the tipss&tricks section), because when i joined Mercury Server Channel 1 - Trade last night... in BI it was so overcrowded of personal shops, so i tried out the /filter command again and noticed it still works

auction house is something people avoid using cause they give an ammount of the alz to the npc... if item is expensive then they totaly use shops...

But on the hand most people (like me) dont name their shops...

so i guess both ways suck

anyway gj man
